We arrived in good time – it was nice that free car parking was available and the communication prior to the appointment was clear and effective. The studio was well placed and easy to find.
When we arrived we were greeted and I filled out a form.
After the form I had the photos taken and then was sent back to the waiting room – all staff and photographer were polite and made me feel at ease. All my questions were answered fully and the final feedback meeting was very informative.
I had to give it 4 stars because when I arrived, it wasn’t explained to me what was happening and I waited for very long periods of time. In total I was there 3 hours
